These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mikusamples (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site or buying a sample pack, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

mikusamples ("we", "us", "our") sells downloadable digital audio sample packs — vocal-synth, electronic and lo-fi loops — intended for use by musicians and producers in their own projects.

2. What you're buying

Every pack is a bundle of digital audio files delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. When you complete a purchase, you're granted a license to use the included sounds under the terms below — you are not purchasing ownership of the underlying recordings.

3. License

Once purchased, a pack may be used royalty-free in your own original music, for both personal and commercial releases, without further payment or credit required. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw sample files on their own, bundled, or repackaged — whether for free or for payment
• Upload the unprocessed samples to another sample-pack marketplace, stock-audio library, or loop platform
• Claim authorship of the raw, unedited samples themselves

Using the samples as part of a finished song, beat, score, or production is always permitted.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in EUR and may change at any time without notice. We may add, remove, or discontinue packs at our discretion. The price charged is the one displayed at the time you complete checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's own terms for payment processing.

6. Refunds

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. To request one, email [email protected] with your order details. We reserve the right to decline a refund where there's clear evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund patterns on the same packs).

7. No warranty

Packs are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that the sounds will suit every project, DAW, or workflow, or that the Site will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, mikusamples is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchased content.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
